Hidden sites do not work in Calypso when a user has more than 300 sites.

Expanding a bit more, this is a conscious limit put on the way we query the API to avoid more serious timeouts in the app. Our attention will be put on improving the endpoint so we can lift the constraint.

Limitation removed in #3779 after some improvements to the API endpoint; further improvements are ongoing.
