When deleting an account, clicking one of the help icons in modal causes the help centre widget to be displayed, but it appears behind the modal overlay.

What I'm seeing on my end is that the modal closes and the Help Center modal opens next. @matt-west @janmckell let me know if the issue is reproducible.

Looks like this has changed since I did the audit. I’m not seeing the same.

Is it possible to have the help centre and the modal open at the same time? It feels weird that we close the modal.

Is the problem really that we shouldn't be using a modal for this form?
