Jetpack Sync: Work with Ventures and introduce the woocommerce_analytics Sync Module

Refactor all the current work we did for Ventures and WooCommerce Analytics plugin.

The goal is for the plugin to be independent of HPOS therefore all the previous functionality that relied on HPOS orders and actions is no longer applicable.

We will change the existing custom tables, introduce a new Sync Module for Analytics and add Full Sync and Checksum support.

On our end we'll also need to add some KPIs and metrics on WPCOM for the new module.
