I installed this firmware and segmented my channels, super cool stuff!

When using ScnRev: Carrier it's very finicky on which channels it will linger on. A nearby repeater was doing a net for about the last 20 minutes, but when scanning it would light the RX led briefly and then jump to the next signal. Weirdly, it would sense and stop at other channels with less signal strength when tested though. Is there anything configurable on my end that could be effecting this? Squelch was set to 1 for testing.

Have you seen anything like this before?

This has been discussed in the original repo for Egzumer firmware Stuttering audio on Narrow FM egzumer#467, I have also experienced it myself. I'll have to look into it a bit deeper to see if I can find out what might be causing it.

Interesting, I figured it was some sort of PEBKAC problem. Strangely both the repeater and channel/radio are set to receive in Wide mode, I'll keep tabs on it and see if it keeps happening. Glad to know I'm not crazy!
