Add fortra's impacket tools, also certipy-ad from ly4k.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Impacket offers a ton of tools for interacting with AD (Active Directory), there is no other tooling alike impacket. The same applies for certipy, there isn't other tool for interacting with AD CS (Active Directory Certificate Services).

Hey @n4skx sorry for the late response, I didn't get the notification. Since impacket and certipy-ad are already on Nixpkgs repository (so in Athena Nix), what do you mean for "Adding" them? On Cyber Roles? If so, which roles these tools fit better?
