Friendship management service in server

We need to implement routes for managing frienships (add friend, delete friend) in the RestAPI

I already have the base structure, and more or less understand what I need to implement, but I am trying to disvocer where to store it in the POD. If I dont find any good option, I'll do a provisional implementation in a public folder of the POD.
