Repeat button not working on Zune Desktop shell

Describe the bug

Clicking the "Repeat" button on the Zune Desktop shell does nothing.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the app
2. Play something
3. Swap to the Zune Desktop shell if you aren't using it already
4. Click the repeat button. Nothing happens.

Expected behavior

Repeat should be turned on, and the button should reflect that.

@Arlodotexe Looks like this is working as expected, secondly the fonticon is inside a grid container which means the commands will trigger where ever tapped on the container.
