Add consumptionMap getter in currentUser

I'd like to show a user's consumptions in my-area, but right now, there is no way to get them there.

A getter endpoint in currentuser would be useful.
I would also need all the possible consumptions that can be made by a user. Right now this is behind an ADMIN preauthorize. One way or another, this should be made visible then.
