Description

Add styles for focus states.

Acceptance Criteria

  • look better than browser default
  • retain accessibility
  • work for the different types of controls (input, button, etc.)

Desired New Behavior

Each interactive element will have a custom and theme-friendly :focus style.

Desired Change to Look and Feel

Make it less fuzzy. Make it look slick. Make it work with z-index.

Update. calcite-components is working on a mixin that we can use for this.

No longer need this as we have broadly implemented custom focus states. See #945
