Allow search on optgroup names #162

Searching should also match groups names, when present.
When a group name matches the search, all of its options should be visible.

Note: the jQuery plugin allows this.

Actually, there are many other problems with groups.
Basically, GWT does not really support them. See https://code.google.com/p/google-web-toolkit/issues/detail?id=1167
