How can I access PreparingCameraState?

Hello everyone,

I noticed there is a camera state called PreparingCameraState but I am not sure when this state is active. I was expecting that this state is active while the camera sensor is being initialized. But that's not the case. I need to access this state to solve this issue -> #361.

Can anyone suggest a solution or how to access this state?
