Can I Only Use Apicurio Studio with Keycloak to publish api document?

Today, I encounter a problem, that is I just create a Apicurio Studio and Keycloak on my virtual machine,
Now, I can login in to Apicurio Studio via Keycloak create's account.
But I cannot Create New API, like this tow image.

So, should I do this step from apicurio studio's official document?
