Tox is known to consume a lot of network traffic

This is important for mobile clients. Additionally, maybe it will be good to investigate if there are options or ways to tweak toxcore to reduce the traffic or slowdown the requests.
Would be good to see if TCP reduces the consumption compared to UDP
