After upgrading airflow from 1.10.9->1.10.13, backfill plugin no longer functions #11

After our upgrade, the backfill plugin no longer functions. It produces no error log and reports that the backfill operation has been queued, but no logging appears and no operation takes place.

@elbamos I am afraid about the compatibility issues with newer Airflow version. Unfortunately, I am not actively maintaining this repository anymore.
