This Wiki provides tips for installing, configuring, and running the AllSky software, including describing what various features like overlays and keograms are, and how to troubleshoot and fix problems.
This Wiki and all other AllSky documentation assume you use the Web User Interface (WebUI) to configure Allsky. The WebUI, which is the allsky-portal package, makes changing setting much easier, and allows automatic error checking and other "behind the scenes" events to happen. If you don't have it installed you will need to manually determine what variables to change and then manually update the configuration files.
Or better yet, just install the WebUI.
If you have a question or want to request a new feature create a new discussion by clicking on the Discussions link above. Do not create an Issue.
If you find a problem please try to find a similar issue. If you can't, read the Wiki page on Reporting Issues and then create a new Issue.
