The Overlay Editor uses the Allsky timeformat even if a Format is specified for a DATE/TIME field. IMHO a Format given in the field should override the timeformat. Fixing this may include setting all the Format entries in the ${DATE} ${TIME} field of all the Allsky-provided overlay files to "".
%-I (eye) gives an error even though it's in the [?] list:
Hour (12-hour clock) as a decimal number. 1, 2, ..., 12
There is, AFAIK, the only way to have the hour be 1-digit.
Question: Can the date/time formatting in the Overlay Editor use the same % strings as the date and man 3 strftime commands? In the Allsky Settings page we tell people to look at strftime to see available options, but many of them don't work in the Overlay Editor
