allsky.sh invokes libcamera-still as part of the obsolete CAMERA "auto-detect" code. When using a ZWO camera, this produces a confusing "ERROR: no cameras available" message.

We should remove all the obsolete compatibility code including the CAMERA auto-detect code in allsky.sh, config.sh.repo, and ftp-settings.sh.repo.
