Need flag to determine if session has behavior, has opto, has video

Right now on streamlit app, there is no way to determine if the session only has behavior, if it has photometry data also, if it has optogenetic stimulation, and if it has video data.

This information should be placed some place in the mongoDB database presumably, which will allow for easier querying afterwards.

For fip and video we are adding "modality" tags. I don't think we are adding this for the opto
