Project view for multiplane-ophys

User story

Users want a "project view" page for multiplane-ophys that includes a table with metadata "data assets, columns would be things like asset ID, mouse ID, genotype, session type, acquisition date, processing date, pipeline version, etc."

Additional features might include links out or summary figures. Links could go to subject view and QC view as well.

Acceptance criteria

• Project view for multiplane-ophys with specified tables, figures, links
• Address at qc.allenneuraldynamics.org/project_app?project=multiplane-ophys (or whatever the actual project name is in data_description)
• Support file health checks in some way
