User story

NSB SharePoint page was migrated to the Neural Dynamics team site. The surgical request has not changed and your bookmarked links to this should still work. The new site also has some new fields (some of which we requested)

Acceptance criteria

• Given Microsoft sharepoint app credentials, refactor client to use requests to get bearer token
• Given a token, make request to fetch procedures information
• Re-generate models.py and mapping.py for SWR2023-Present list. Merge with the current mapping and models.py, and then do any updates manually as needed.
