add figurl, plotly, credentials
translate plots to plotly
publish to figurl/kachery for individual figures
create script that generates all figures
- dump links in .md
- add link to self in md, for viewing @ figurl

Tested figurl.plotly:

upload is easy
compatible with credentials in .env
some figure labels missing (e.g. axes labels)
subplots not possible (
browser crashed with plot of vsyncs from 2 hr recording (~300k points)
