无法构建挂载的V3索引，且挂载的站点已开启『允许索引按钮』

我将自用老站点V3.9.0直接挂载到了我新搭建的V3.9.0站点。然后构建索引，结果秒结束且为0。（图1）日志在图2

我已经确定老站点开启『允许索引』（图3）。且我的新站点能够在主页看到老站点里的内容并浏览。

我自己找了几个网站测试了一下，当挂载的站点在V3.9以下时，可以正常构建索引。当挂载的V3.9版本站点开启『允许索引』还是无法正常构建。
