v3版本利用aria2离线下载磁力链文件的bug

aria2的文件预分配功能无法关闭，file-allocation=none这项设为none还是会创建一个0字节的空文件，且下载磁力链接解析完会先创建一个被0填充的空文件来加速下载，但是文件还没开始正式下载就被移走了，实际上文件是空的，数据还没被写进去。
解决方法：aria2的配置文件有个下载完成后调用shell脚本的功能，例：on-download-complete=/root/upload.sh，不知道有没有api可以调用
