下载proxy的问题

Describe the bug / 问题描述

在文件列表右键下载可以使用proxy下载
但是点进文件界面，然后点击下载还是源地址
比如我有一个文件叫做1.mp4
在列表右键，选择下载，使用proxy
点进播放页面，选择下载，使用源地址
就理解来说都需要走proxy才对
