使用新建的用户无法访问webdav文件夹

Describe the bug / 问题描述

新建用户，配置基本路径，勾选所有权限，使用kodi用该用户密码webdav登录，能看到配置的基本路径下的文件夹和该用户的根目录文件夹，但无法进一步打开文件夹。

配置用户的基本路径如果是根目录/，则一切正常，配置任何文件夹则只能看到文件夹，无法继续打开
