Description of the feature / 需求描述

比如我添加了多个盘，而这些盘各不相同。有OD，阿里，FTP存储等等。

像OD、阿里这样的网盘，需要及时更新下载链接。

而像自己搭建的FTP/webdav这种，下载链接可能是长效的，而且里面的文件变动频率可能并不高，那么缓存时间可以长一些。

所以如果可以设置不同的盘有独立的缓存过期时间就很棒。
