编辑 json 文件时前端出错

Describe the bug / 问题描述

当编辑只包含一对括号的 json 文件时，如 [] , {}，前端会出错，报错信息为 TypeError: (typeof le=="string"?T(le):le).create is not a function. (In '(typeof le=="string"?T(le):le).create(x)', '(typeof le=="string"?T(le):le).create' is undefined)
建议增加RUN apk add --no-cache tzdata，方便查看日志的时间戳
