Add configuration to define required properties in ContentMetadataCard

Current behaviour:

Adding a preset configuration, we can define which document properties are visible and editable. Example:

    "presets": {
        "custom": [...],

Expected behavior:

Expected to can define required properties too.

New feature request:

Preset configuration could be contains an additional parameter (similar to "editable") to set required properties.
Card view components could be use this configuration to add required attribute in the inputs.
