Enable Table Filter Event If Name Not Changed

Right now, if you hit enter to filter on your search term everything works fine. However, if you hit enter again it will not perform the search again. Generally, I work in multiple tabs, so often I might create new items then need to run the same filter again in the items section. In order to do this currently I have to delete some text or add text for the filter to trigger.
