Unable To Remove Static Zone Chip - Launch Modal #139

A static zone chip cannot be removed when added (if only 1 chip):

Steps to reproduce:

Add static zone to launch modal.
Launch server.
Shut server down.
Open the launch modal.
Remove the chip.
Close the modal
Re-open modal, the chip is still there.
