Code modifications with Deepseek-Chat model generate error #3154

Issue

Asking questions to deepseek/deepseek-chat works fine. However, any code modifications generate the error below:

litellm.APIError: APIError: DeepseekException - error - Expecting value: line 1 column 1 (char 0), Received response - <APIResponse [200 OK] type=<class 'openai.types.chat.chat_completion.ChatCompletion'>>, Type of response - <class 'openai._legacy_response.LegacyAPIResponse'>
