E-learning: Add user roles #3857

Add rolify gem, migration, and default of 'student' role to each new user.
Display a user's roles on their profile page.

Roles can be: 'teacher', 'student', or 'admin.' We could also possibly have 'member' role for people not interested in doing the courses.
