Add a new scheme.
Download scheme.
Download completes successfully.
Delete scheme.
Load new code scheme from...
Error message displayed.

How do we want to address this? We could:

Modify the save routine to enable saving (to disk) of schemes to work for schemes without codes; or
Prevent the user from being able to save (from the editor to storage) schemes which have no codes.
