K-vector searching now supports use of ISODISTORT

When magnetism lowers structural symmetry it is necessary to describe the increased size of the asymmetric unit through what is known as a k-vector. Yuanpeng Zhang (ORNL) has added the ability to search for a k-vector that indexes the extra magnetic scattering peaks. The latest option in this ability is to interface to the BYU ISODISTORT website, which also offers this ability.
