Filtering does not work on websites with dot at the end

Similar issue to this - #1261, but I guess it's not exactly the same.
It looks like that there is no AdGuard certificate on websites with dot at the end.

Steps to reproduce

1. Add this rule:

example.org##body

2. Go here - https://example.org./

Expected behavior

Website should be blank and there should be AdGuard certificate.

Actual behavior

Rules are not applied and there is no AdGuard certificate.
