Sentence construction

So we can build sentences using the "Display message bar when spelling" - and it works well..

But we now need this an option across the app. So you could construct a sentence from single words or phrases and only output with a "speak all" command

• Add meta-data option to turn on the message bar
• When on, would have similar way of spelling - give a cue of each word/letter that is in the message bar after each selection
• Only output to main when "finish" (meta data-spell-finish) selected. I.e. DONT output each item selected as we currently do to main when in this mode..
• Add a "meta data-spell-finish" Helper option "when in sentence creation" mode
