Prospector does not work with newest pylint version #141

I had to pin the pylint version to avoid prospector crashing. Apparently it has been fixed, but not yet released (prospector-dev/prospector#530).
This issue is here as a reminder to unpin the pylint version once prospector puts out a new release.

Fixed with the new release of prospector, however that one has broken the "[with_*]" extras installation option.
