Defining Mars for the purposes of a Martian Constitution
We the people of the Mars, in order to form a more perfect planet, establish justice, insure land and space tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the Mars.
All lifes are equal and have the same rights. Any discrimination on the grounds of their origin, sex or beliefs is prohibited.
Elected representatives in the Mars, whether members of a parliament, assembly, or congress, are there to serve the creatures.
