Implement CI/CD to deploy the new version of the library after merge to main

As title says, as of the writing of this issue the library is out of date with what is in main, it would be great to expand the CI to deploy to NPM after merge to main

To avoid issues like #53, this is necessary. It seems that operations would become easier if releases were triggered by pushing tags.
