Downgrade gatsby-transformer-remark

gatsby-remark-custom-blocks is not compatible with v4 yet. (See the readme of https://github.com/gatsbyjs/gatsby/tree/master/packages/gatsby-remark-custom-blocks + zestedesavoir/zmarkdown#416.)
