I'm trying roofer --config debug-serializer.toml --filter 'NL.IMBAG.Pand.0603100000011074' but it returns with:

ERROR 1: ERROR:  invalid input syntax for type boolean: "NL.IMBAG.Pand.0603100000011074"

What should be the value of --filter?
