Cant change the hostname to use model on azure openai.

Getting error: The data couldn't be read because its missing

We used the API encapsulated by MacPaw/OpenAI, but because I didn't use azure openai, I fed back to Support Azure openai · Issue #61

+1. Basically we only need to add two more fields (along with API key) when sending requests, which are endpoint and deployment_id
