In 1.8 I stopped to receive raw-data in BTHOME ad-packets

Describe the bug
When I used version old 1.7 version from github I received raw ad-packets from my BTHOME sensors and then I decode it by my decoder, that listen MQTT.
I upgraded to 1.8 version OMG through web-installer, and after that I have stopped receive raw-data within this packets - only MAC-address. I revert to version 1.7 through OTA but I still not receive raw-data...

To check all, I tried to use Shelly device as BLE sniffer, and data was received and decoded by Shelly. So, my devices still working normally.

Expected behavior
All raw data within advertise-packet send to MQTT-server to have ability to decode this data by third-party software.
