Stuck at "Please select a device". FAQ says use "Refresh devices" option. There is no option for that. #391

I am having this same problem, I have a Razer Viper and the Razer Ornata V2. |
I suggest trying an older version. Let me know if that fixes the problem, something might be broken. |
I'm getting the same error as far back as v0.3.7. I'm on Big Sur 11.4, if that helps. |
I suspect it’s not yet supported.
You could have a play around with adding support if you are familiar with development?

Thanks @miyuljoe. I've actually switched devices since then, but just as some feedback -- I think this should be a little more clear in the message presented to the user. "Please do something" without any guidance can be a little confusing. |
Same issue Thanks to the thread I found the refresh device list. However, after pressing the button, I still don't have my headphones show up. |
Same issue! Refreshing device list still does not work for me. Thank you! I connected and diconnected my bluetooth device repeatedly. Still the same. I restarted the app and the computer, still the same not working. |
Same to me: |
same issue Mac Os Sonoma 14.7 |
Using the latest version of macOS and I'm just simply stuck at this screen:
The FAQ in the README says "A: Use the "Refresh Device List" option."
Where? I don't see this option anywhere. It doesn't even seem like there's a menu for it. When clicking the application and going to the top toolbar, it's not even showing the application. Just the browser's menu.
