intermittent error finding 1Password Item: status 403: Authorization: token does not have access to vault

I get a lot of 403 issues with 'token does not have access to vault'.
My secrets are eventually synced and I don't believe I have a misconfiguration issue, seems like API occasionally fails to process requests and return 403 instead of say 400 or 50x.

Currently running 1password/connect-api:1.7.1 and 1password/connect-sync:1.7.1 with external-secrets.

Can confirm such an issue, although in our case it happens using the token as a kubernetes secret in an ExternalSecret (external-secrets.io/v1beta1).
