Currently liquidjs is pinned to v9.25.1 in packge.json, per 2824db3 (re: harttle/liquidjs#395).

According to harttle/liquidjs#395 (comment) this might be fixed in 9.28.3. Not sure if we want to pin liquidjs back to "latest".
