• Removes user endpoints in the REST API, which can be lifted either in Reading settings or via code.
• Returns a 403 for any non-authenticated REST API access, which can also be lifted either in Reading settings or via code.
• Turns off the in-admin file editors.
• Adds a 10up Suggested plugins tab to the plugin install screen; the list is sourced from our WordPress.org favorites.
• Adds a notice to the plugin install screen to be careful about installing plugins.
• Warns admins when attempting to deactivate the plugin.
• Removes the Stream plugin menu item.
• Changes the admin footer to thank them for creating with both WordPress and 10up.
• Adds a 10up admin bar menu item with the 10up logo, linking to a brief about page.
• Updates itself from GitHub, as this is not meant to be a plugin distributed via the .org plugin repository.
