An option that makes a transaction recurring

Any transaction would be one time transaction by default; but there can be a option to make it recurring that includes the amount, time and recipient as values that be set. This can be mostly useful for payment providers and can be a cool dev. experience for them if the necessary functionality already comes as part of Miden's code.

Could you elaborate on the flow here? Specifically, would these be transactions executed by the network or wallets or something else?

Also, one important consideration: a user should be able to stop recurring transactions somehow.
