Currently, a sequencer doesn't sign the block it sequences. This won't be a problem for zkevm, since the state transition is verified in L1. However, for sovereign rollups, we might need the signature. Otherwise, blocks could be forged by an RPC node and there isn't a way for a user to verify the block.
